“No.1 Chiayi City Contemporary Art Association Exhibition” was held on the 4th floor of Cultural Affairs Bureau, Chiayi City. The exhibition runs from now until February 13, and it is expected to display 60 pieces of artwork.

Members of the Art Association have outstanding performances on the journey of creating artworks. They have a strong passion for contemporary art, and the elements of their artworks are diverse, unique, and inclusive. Forms of their artworks range from painting to sculpture, figurative to abstract, including oil painting, composite media, digital painting, printmaking, watercolor, colored ink painting, calligraphy, and installation art.

There are also new artworks created by an immigrant from France, Christophe Chevance (齊方斯), which has enabled Taiwan to move towards cultural pluralism in the art field.
