The Department of Labor, Taipei City Government, W Taipei Hotel, and Hotel Indigo Taipei North recently co-organized corporate visit activities to lead new immigrants to understand the working environment of the tourism and accommodation industry and work content. The goal of these events is to encourage new immigrants who wish to return to the workforce and fill the manpower gap in enterprises. In order to boost the likelihood of matches and admissions, the organizer will also set up one-on-one interviews with the hotel's human resources manager and allow resumes to be submitted on-site following the visit.
