The Taipei City Government's Department of Sports said that Taipei Dome will host two trial games in November, plan an event for 10,000 spectators to attend the baseball warm-up games, and carry out appropriate evacuation exercises. The public will be able to purchase tickets around the middle of November.

The license for Taipei Dome Preparatory Office has been authorized, according to the Taipei Dome Preparatory Office deputy director. The Sports Director said that the Dome would conduct two tests in November and a closed test in early November, in addition to being actively ready to host the Asian Baseball Championship. 10,000 people will be allowed to watch the baseball warm-up game and participate in trial operations when complimentary tickets go on sale in the middle of November. In addition, pertinent evacuation exercises will be held during that time, and feedback forms will be available for everyone to complete.

Furthermore, because Taipei Dome is a sporting facility, several Congress members expressed worries about whether it can host concerts in the future. According to the deputy director of the Taipei Dome Preparatory Office, the Dome is designed to be a multipurpose space that can hold concerts and sporting activities. In the event of a concert, it will only be used temporarily. The Taipei City Autonomous Regulations on Safety Management of Large Group Gathering Events (台北市大型群聚活動安全管理自治條例) must be followed in addition to safety considerations.
