The Labor Affairs Bureau of Tainan City Government organizes an employment seminar and visit for new immigrants on August 18 to provide various employment services. This will enable new immigrants better grasp employment service resources and enhance work functions.
In order to overcome the poor communication and employment instability encountered by new immigrants in the workplace due to language barriers, the courses include interpersonal relationship and communication skills in the workplace, as well as workplace experience exchange and sharing, and interesting workplace visits are organized. The training can also teach new immigrants about their own rights and interests, particularly those relating to government-provided job resources.
