Taipei will host a number of fascinating events this summer. The "Taipei Water Festival" is one of them, and it began on July 1 and runs through August 27. Every weekend, the Water Park Museum offers a diverse program of events. Historical sites are accessible for visitors to the park.

The Taipei Water Department said that there would be events every weekend during the Taipei Water Festival, featuring beautiful performances, Chinese Valentine’s Day ticket reductions, and enjoyable competitions. Regarding the primary water play activities, in addition to the original "Water Village Garden" (水鄉庭園) which is still open, there will be extra sizable inflatable water slides of various forms that are ideal for family enjoyment during the hot summer.

The "Dadaocheng Summer Valentine's Day" has begun in addition to the Taipei Water Festival and will remain through August 20. Theme parties will be organized during the event at Yanping Riverside Park and Dadaocheng Wharf. Every Wednesday at 8:30 p.m., a highly anticipated fireworks show including 180-second mid- to low-altitude explosions will take place. You may take in a total of eight fireworks shows, including additional big fireworks show on August 20.
