The National Immigration Agency launched a New Immigrant Multicultural Talent Training Program, intending to encourage new immigrants and their children to participate in public events, and boost international exchanges.
The program will launch eight training courses in partnership with Providence University and other Incubation Centers in seven universities. The program includes eight courses from June to September.
NIA mentions, the program cooperates with the Providence University, Chung Yuan Christian University, National Ilan University, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, and Asia University.

Starting from June to September, the courses will include preliminary and advanced training classes. There would be eight courses, 28 training hours in total. The course is completely free. And each course will recruit 40 students.
And after passing a test, students may receive a certificate of the course. And their information will be included in a human resource database.
For the preliminary course applicant requirement, new immigrants and children of new immigrants have to be over 20 years old and need an education diploma above high school (include). And for the advanced course, people have to pass the preliminary course or interpreter training by relevant government agencies or legal private organizations.
