K-12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education promotes "Second-generation Immigrants International Exchange Activities" and encourages schools to communicate with one another through online platforms in order to encourage international exchanges with Southeast Asian campuses and help students grow globally. It may help them develop their global perspective as well as their language proficiency and cultural sensitivity, which will help them become more competitive on the global stage.

The Affiliated Taoyuan Agricultural & Industrial Senior High School of National Taipei University of Technology, one of them, arranges numerous related training courses by recruiting English volunteers and students from the Vietnamese language club, as well as working with foreign schools, editing the google site jointly, and strengthening the promotion of international exchange education for new immigrants.

More than 800 students have taken part in the video exchange activities in the three years since they were planned to be implemented, according to the K-12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education. It is anticipated that this will continue to deepen and interact with educational exchanges between schools in the future.
