To increase the vaccination rate, the Changhua County Public Health Bureau will provide vaccination services in front of Changhua County Railway Station and Yuanlin Railway Station from December 4. Besides the general public, it also encourages foreign workers, migrant workers whose work permit expires, and unaccounted-for workers to get vaccinated to ensure the safety of everyone’s health and society.

Eligibility includes individuals who wish to receive the first, second (including mix-and-match COVID vaccines) and third doses of vaccines. The second dose of vaccine is for AstraZeneca (AZ) vaccine at an interval of 8 weeks after receiving the first dose. For BNT, Moderna, and Medigen vaccines, there should be an interval of 4 weeks after receiving the first dose.

In addition, in response to the high traffic of people returning to Taiwan during the Chinese New Year, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) assessed the risk of the international pandemic and the current situation of vaccine supply in Taiwan.

It is announced that the interval between the second and third doses is 5 months. The Health Bureau reminded that the third dose of Modena will be provided from today, protecting people at high risk of infection as early as possible.
