William Wei Li An, a musician, and Turkish new immigrant (圖佳) were recently invited as opening guests by the WeiChuan Dragons, a professional baseball team, at Tianmu's home game. Turkish new immigrant (圖佳) stayed after the opening ceremony to watch the game and partake in a BBQ celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Turkish new immigrant (圖佳) remarked in a media interview that he was nervous because it was his first time serving as an opening guest but that he also really appreciated the way the event was set up. Many new immigrants consider Taiwan to be their second home. Taiwan is incredibly democratic and free, in addition to being quite welcoming to foreigners.
On the day, a lot of new immigrants arrived to enjoy BBQ and baseball. They claimed that eating barbeque and watching baseball was a truly unique experience.
