INQUIRER.NET mentions, Galvez said the country was able to breach the five million marks even before May ended, pointing out that the doses administered this month tripled compared to the two previous months.
“We already breached the five million mark last Friday (May 28). Meaning, even before May has ended, we have breached the five million mark,” Galvez said, speaking partly in Filipino.

Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said the vaccination will focus first in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna, Pampanga, Batangas, Cebu, and Davao.
