Australian Professor Chang, Hsiao-Hsiung(張曉雄) is an international dancer and choreographer. He used to work for the Australian Dance Theater as a full-time dancer. since 1997, Chang has been employed by the Dance Department of the National Taipei University of the Arts. In 2021, Chang, Hsiao-Hsiung(張曉雄) received the 62th literary medal "Dance Award" of Chinese Writers’ and Artists’ Association, which is a high-level professional talent required by our country and has recently been approved to apply for permanent residency (Plum Blossom Card).

Chang, Hsiao-Hsiung(張曉雄) has been deeply involved in cultural and art-related work for decades. He has not only made outstanding achievements in the field of dance, but also has written several books which are loved by everyone; Chang also starred in the film The Beloved Stranger, Synapses directed by Chang Tso-Chi(張作驥), which won the best film at the 2021 Italian Asian Film Festival.

Permanent Residency “Plum Blossom” Card, the object of verification and issuance is for national-level talents, or foreigners who have made major investments and contributions in Taiwan. International professionals are encouraged to reside permanently in Taiwan. Experts and scholars in the professional field will issue the Plum Blossom Card after reviewing, and they are not limited by the number of years and days of residence, which is different from the general Alien Permanent Resident Certificate.
