With the economic downturn, many young adults have embarked on their journey of setting up a business and decided to do the work they are interested in. However, during the process of gaining entrepreneurial experiences, one must understand the customer needs via market research, build products that customers desire and validate business viability.

Two new immigrants from Hong Kong, Zhang Zhuo Cheng and Tian Wei Ping, brought local dishes to Taiwan. As the food and beverage industry was heavily affected by the pandemic, the founder of the restaurant - Zhang Zhuo Cheng still chose to expand his business by setting up a new branch in Hsinchu City in 2020. Furthermore, he even invited a Chef from Hong Kong to bring the most authentic dishes to Taiwan. Taking into consideration the vegetarians’ needs, Zhang has established a restaurant that specially serves vegetarian dishes in Taiwan.
