High-quality fruits flown to Taiwan from Japan, including muscat grapes, peaches, etc., as well as chestnuts from Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, are the features of the Taiwan-Japan Fruit Summer Festival. Buntan Pummelo, dragon fruit, guava, pineapple, papaya, pears, and other seasonal fruits are examples of Taiwanese produce. Japanese apples and muscat grapes are particularly well-liked by Taiwanese consumers, according to the MOA deputy minister (陳駿季). To make it simpler for Japanese visitors to Taiwan to locate seasonal fruits, the Ministry of Agriculture is preparing a Taiwan fruit map.
