The General Association of Chinese Culture (GACC) invited the Lithuanian vocal ensemble Jazz Island to tour Taiwan, where they gave separate performances at the Presidential Office Concert and Pingtung Performing Arts Center. The members of the group also went to New Taipei City's Yingge District to learn more about pottery and the local way of life, where they spontaneously sang the Taiwanese song "Bang Tshun-hong" (望春風) while there.

Members of Lithuanian vocal ensemble Jazz Island were invited by GACC and Yingge Ceramic Young Artists to participate in the course of painted ceramics in Yingge as a way to express gratitude to Lithuania for providing over 260,000 doses of vaccinations to Taiwan during the COVID-19 pandemic and to speak up frequently for Taiwan in the world.
