She prepared dinner, took care of chores, and looked after their spouses after the kids returned home. Her two sons are both autistic and tend to be hyperactive. Ah Juan must find time despite her busy schedule to be with her two kids to early treatments. She always took care of them impeccably despite her busy schedule and exhaustion.
Well-meaning individuals learned of her family's predicament after her husband suffered a stroke, and the Taichung City Wu Chi Worship 1919 Service Center immediately applied for relief donations for her, totaling NT$ 45,000 twice. So that Ah Juan could regularly visit the Wu Chi Physical Food Bank to obtain supplies each month.

According to the secretary-general of the Christian Relief Association (夏忠堅), in the short term after an emergency strikes, the Relief Association will first offer financial assistance to the recipient families through the 1919 Emergency Families Relief Program (1919急難家庭救助計畫)to assist them in a time of need, and then provide 1919 Food Bank supplies in accordance with actual requirements. More than 14,850 people have received aid from the emergency family support program so far.
