Q: What should I do if my Hong Kong or Macau spouse loses their residence permit overseas?
A:If your Hong Kong or Macau spouse loses their residence permit overseas, they must first file a report locally. Q: How can my Hong Kong or Macau spouse and children apply for residence in Taiwan?
A:The Hong Kong or Macau dependents (spouse, minor children, or disabled adult children) of Employment Gold Card holders (foreign nationals or Hong Kong/Macau residents) can apply for an entry and exit permit through the Immigration Agency Online Application System for Foreign Nationals.
