To assist employers in facilitating the application process of hiring foreigners, the Ministry of Labor (MOL) provides multiple channels for employers to pay review fees easily and conveniently.

MOL stated that when employers are applying for work permit of employing foreigners on “online application system for cases of migrant workers (移工請案件網路線上申辦系統)” and “work permit application website for foreign professionals (外國專業人員工作許可申辦網)”, they can choose to pay review fees via E-Government Platform, ATM, or Taiwan Pay (台灣Pay).
In addition, one can also transfer review fees at the post office, get the receipt and fill in the serial number on the online application system. MOL will proceed to cases review after receiving the application.

MOL encourages employers to make use of the E-Government Platform and Taiwan pay so that they can make payments online and at the same time promote energy saving.
Besides, if employers need to refund the fees due to mistakes made while making the payment, they can download the application form for a refund on the website, and attach the relevant documents for MOL’s review.
