[Taiwan Immigrants’ Global News Network] National Immigration Agency of the Ministry of the Interior is specifically responsible for the 111th school year new immigrant and their children's training and award (reward) scholarship plan in order to provide rewards for underprivileged and exceptional new immigrants and their children across the country. The period of registration is from February 20th, 2023, until March 20th, 2023. Registration is open to eligible new immigrants and their children.
Since it began in 2012, National Immigration Agency's "New Immigrants and Their Children's Empowerment and Award (Incentive) Scholarship Program" has benefited more than 30,000 people. Rewards include presidential education incentives, new immigrant certificate incentives, special talent incentive, scholarships for deserving students, and scholarships for underprivileged kids. Depending on the prizes requested, scholarships ranging from NT$3,000 to NT$30,000 will be given out.
In particular, those who wish to be considered for the "Presidential Education Incentive," "Special Talent Incentive," "New Immigrants and Their Children's Excellent Scholarship," or "Scholarships for underprivileged kids" must submit an application through the school’s scholarship program.
One must visit the system to apply by the "applicant" if onewant to apply for the "New Immigrant Certificate Incentive."

Finish the online application process, and don't forget to download the application form and application list with the system serial number. Print the necessary supporting documents, then ship them to National Immigration Agency at No. 15, Guangdong Street, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City, by March 27, 2023. According to a member of the immigration affairs team (王郁婷), applications that are past their due date (based on the postmark) will not be accepted at the remittance office (contact number: (02) 23889393 extension 2525).
The list of winners and the sum awarded are anticipated to be revealed by the end of May 2023.
