According to The Star, Selangor, a Year 2 student, has earned two world records for recognizing more than 200 different national flags within 4 minutes and 38 seconds.
Anjanaa Rhea Ganeson was given entrance into the Jackhi Book of World Records in India and the Kids World Records in Canada for naming 230 country flags in the shortest time possible.
"To receive this double accolade makes me feel incredibly happy and honored. It will undoubtedly motivate me to perform better in the future "Anjanaa said.
Anjanaa won the KWR, a Canadian-based online platform that recognizes gifted kids between the ages of four and sixteen, in the female category. JBWR, an organization with roots in Tamil Nadu, India, takes pride in spotting untapped potential in people all around the world.
Virtually completing the mission, eight-year-old Anjanaa earned the KWR and JBWR in January and March, respectively.
"My parents and I visited several places before the pandemic, including Indonesia, Cambodia, and India. I've been curious about learning more about the flags of many states and countries throughout the years.

"I particularly appreciate how each flag has appealing colors and motifs. That motivated me to research and learn about the flags of every nation in the world, "Anjanaa added.
She said, "Since I was six years old, I could name 195 national flags and the capital cities of those nations."
