In order to avoid obstacles while learning, and to better communicate and share knowledge, this project introduces the concept of "delivering courses to your doorstep", using the "mobile learning vehicle" to open mobile classrooms in remote villages, creating classrooms wherever you are, so learning is not restricted. The contents of the course are diverse and interesting, which effectively lets new immigrants understand digital knowledge, and learn and strengthen digital information skills to enrich their lives, and to increase social competitiveness.
