According to Carmen Jeitler-Cincelli, the delegation looked forward to interacting with and understanding one another as well as finding allies in Taiwan. They also aimed to create a better environment for Taiwan and Austria by learning from Taiwan, which is always inventing and evolving. In addition, she made the point that while many people associate Austria with the composer Mozart, the country has made significant advancements in other disciplines as well, including environmental preservation and health and medical technologies.
