Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) reminds the publics that after receiving the new passport, the Digital COVID-19 Certificate with the same number as the new passport can be obtained at noon of the next day; those who need to go abroad can apply for a passport in advance, and then apply for the Digital COVID-19 Certificate online on the afternoon of the next day.

According to CCEC, two international formats for the issuance of the Digital COVID-19 Certificate, respectively the EU standard (EU format: 76 countries including EU member nations, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand) and the Smart Health Card standard (SHC format: the United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, etc.); the public can download and use it according to their needs.
