On the purpose of promoting Taiwanese culture to foreign students, Taipei Municipal Daan Vocational High School, under the cooperation of Rotary International, gave a reception for students from the United States, France, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Denmark, etc. A total of 14 foreign exchange students from 9 countries conducted in-depth cultural and educational integration, experienced calligraphy and Taiwanese specialties.
The international exchange event included traditional cultural themes such as calligraphy, night market culture, and hand-shaken beverages. 24 ambassadors from the all-English special class introduced and guided foreign students to experience writing with calligraphic brushes, night market games and bubble tea DIY.
According to Taipei Municipal Daan Vocational High School, that the series of activities provides students with the connection to cultural diversity on a worldwide scale. On the other hand, by promoting Taiwanese culture in the "little United Nations" events, the diplomatic goal of educational integration is completed.
