The Overseas Community Affairs Council, R.O.C. (Taiwan) organized 2023 Dream Job Fair (2023年僑生就業博覽會), which offers more than 200 companies to recruit talents through physical and online parallel methods, with a total recruitment of 5,000 job vacancies, including semiconductors, construction engineering, Food manufacturing and catering industry, etc. The event will be free of charge and held on April 29, for the purpose of encouraging outstanding overseas Chinese graduates to stay and work in Taiwan.

The expo will offer English, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, and multi-language versions of the employment zone website in order to cater to the demands of overseas Chinese students from many nations. They can access job openings and consultations for employment assistance on the website of Overseas Community Affairs Council, R.O.C. (Taiwan).

Along with the actual job fair, it also offers lectures and training sessions to assist overseas Chinese students studying abroad in finding jobs in Taiwan after graduation. Taiwanese businesses may also locate top talent at these events.
In addition to registering at the website for the 2023 Dream Job Fair (2023年僑生就業博覽會), overseas Chinese students who are interested in participating can log in to the 104 (104人力銀行) website to fill their resumes before to the event in order to expedite interviews with several employers on the same day.
