National Tainan Chia Chi Senior High School cooperates with the Chinese Language Center (CLC) of National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) and the National University of Tainan invite foreign students of different nations to share foreign cultures. Participants' pupils and instructors were given the opportunity to learn about Middle Eastern culture through presentations and native cuisine cooked by Jordanian lecturers.

In addition to pursuing a PhD in diversity and international education at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Xu Bohan (許柏翰), a former police officer in Jordan, also manages an Arabic restaurant in Yunlin. Long-time resident of Taiwan Xu Bohan discovered that the Taiwanese still have a preconceived notion of Middle Eastern terrorism. He therefore traveled to elementary and secondary schools all around Taiwan to serves as a multicultural bridge of cultural communication in addition to lecturing on general education at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology and transmitting the diversity of the Middle East.

Teachers and students were able to experience Middle Eastern culture in one session because to Xu Bohan's rich and engaging lesson plans, which included teaching students how to dress in Middle Eastern traditional garb and teaching them how to make two native spice-infused delicacies, Briyany and Falafel. Let the teachers and students benefit greatly.
