Mild, moderate, and asymptomatic infections still comprise more than 97 percent of all active cases.

The Manila Times mentions, the drop in new cases was due to the low number of samples sent to the laboratories during the weekend, with 14.9 percent of the 33,449 that were tested yielding positive results.

Occupancy rate in the Intensive Care Unit, isolation and ward beds in Metro Manila still remain at 71 percent, 51 percent, and 58 percent respectively.
