    1. Slimming the Outer Thighs: Gallbladder Meridian Tapping

    The Gallbladder Meridian is a crucial meridian in the human body, with 44 acupoints. Stimulating this meridian not only promotes bile secretion but also accelerates metabolism, helping to expel the fat and toxins accumulated in the outer thighs.

    How to do it:

    First, locate the four main acupoints on the outer thigh: Huantiao, Fengshi, Zhongdu, and Xiyangguan. Gently tap these points with your fists from top to bottom for about 20 minutes each time.
