Tainan City government is the first to launch the “gathering monitor system.” The system can detect areas crowded with more than 10 persons. And then immediately notify the police station through the LINE application.

One thing to notice is that the system does not record personal information, such as user’s information or activity history. Personal information is protected.

The system has already been installed and tested at 10 locations in Tainan City.
