Students from diplomatically friendly nations including Eswatini, Belize, and Guatemala have studied at IMEPE throughout the years. No matter their motivations for choosing to study abroad in Taiwan, the vice president urged the freshmen, saying, "I believe it will be one of the best decisions in your life."

According to the ICDF, the "International Human Resource Development Program" is now working with 22 institutions in Taiwan to create 36 degree programs that are taught in English. These degree programs include 3 doctorate programs, 24 master's programs, and 9 university programs. Numerous professional subjects are covered by these degrees, including corporate management, public health, humanities and society, science and engineering, and agriculture.
