The work "Blessings from the Sea" (來自海上的祝福) won the German iF Design Award, allows the world know that it is a part of the landscape features of Pingtung. This year, Pingtung Luo Shan Feng Art Festival once again won two international awards, including the Platinum Award and Silver Award of the 2023 American MUSE Design Award.

The fall winds, as known as Luo-Shan-Feng, according to Pingtung County Mayor Zhou(周春米), is a distinctive climatic phenomena on the Hengchun Peninsula. Every year, from October to April, the Hengchun Peninsula experiences strong winds, occasionally comparable to typhoons. “The Luo Shan Feng Recreation Area” has gained popularity among tourists since the art festival was first conducted in 2018. The Hengchun Peninsula's new winter tourist brand has been formed by it, and it has also been honored by international design awards.

This year's American MUSE Design Award's landscape category went to the 2022 Pingtung Luo Shan Feng Art Festival, which took home the Platinum Award, while the Silver Award went to artist Zeng Yu-dang's (曾煜譡) "Mountain Sandstorm and the Dragon Under the Ground."( 山•風沙與地底下的龍) Additionally, Zhu Zhi-kang's (朱志康) 2021 creation "Blessings from the Sea" (來自海上的祝福) took home this year's German iF Design Award.

The Luo Shan Feng Art Festival is conducted each year in Haikou Port in Checheng Township, according to the Pingtung County Government. The county administration invited artists to use concrete art works to channel the shapeless wind of inspiration. More than 260,000 people are expected to attend the 94-day The Luo Shan Feng Art Festival in 2022, making art a major travel motivator.
