The 22-year-old Nguyen Thi Bi Ngan (阮氏碧銀), who got married in Taiwan 3 years ago, is now living with her parents-in-law in an old house. As her husband was the only breadwinner of the whole family, she wished to get a job and share the financial burden as well as support her family members in Vietnam.

Because Ngan did not understand Chinese well, therefore she consulted at the Employment Service Center. The personnel of the center - Jian Wei Ting (簡偉婷) helped Ngan create a resume, and write the pronunciation of the product names in English for Ngan’s reference.
