The Head of North District Affairs Brigade Tang Minyao (唐敏耀) accompanied with officials of Mainland Affairs Council and Straits Exchange Foundation to visit outstanding new residents in Taoyuan and show the consideration on 23rd, October. They not only paid a visit to Purple Seed(紫莉幸孕莊園), which is the new resident Huang Chi-man’s (黃騏曼) postnatal care center, but also went to visit the“Liang Chuan-wei’s Atelier” of the mainland new resident painter Liang Chuan-wei (梁全威).
Director of the Taoyuan City Service Station Lin Wan-yi(林萬益), said that the new residents are new power of society so that NIA has implemented lots of training programs, such as Dream Projects, Training and Scholarship Programs for new residents. “NIA is the new resident’s family”, adding by Lin, hoping to share the new resident’s successful experience with more people in this event. Lin also considered that Purple Seed is an extraordinary example of new resident entrepreneurship, and responds to the birth policy. He further expected the new residents to become the important force in New Southbound Policy and to connect with the international community in the future.
Mainland new resident Huang Chi-man from Jiangxi turned to be super salesperson who earns annual salary over million from an ordinary salesperson. Observing the business opportunities of postnatal care and learn the service concept of the insurance, Huang established Purple Seed to build a team of Chinese and Western medicine, nutrition, nursing, cooking and management to create a one-stop professional platform for pregnancy and maintenance services. Taoyuan City Service Station also encouraged Huang Chi-man to apply for the Dream Project of NIA, hoping to assist her to create a diverse and friendly environment for Taiwan
Mainland painter Liang Chuan-wei from Guizhou also apply for the Dream Project of NIA in the theme of Taiwan multicultural art studio mural. He painted four exterior walls of the house into beautiful mural, which combines the western oil painting with the oriental art to make the color look more saturated and vivid. It becomes the popular spots in Taoyuan and appeals to residents and the crowds.
There are more than 61,000 new residents in Taoyuan City which rank fourth in Taiwan. New residents are important power of Taiwan. Through the visit today, the vitality of new residents working in Taiwan shows that they are an indispensable new force for the nation.
