The Youth Development Administration of the Ministry of Education (教育部青年發展署) will hold 5 online exchange activities from 7:30 to 9 pm every Thursday in September and invite non-profit organizations from five Asia-Pacific countries, including Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Cambodia, and Sri Lanka. The representatives will use online sharing to show how young people from various countries can break through the barrier caused by the epidemic and use the influence of youth action continue to develop innovative service projects for social welfare.

• The first session. September 2. "NICE JAPAN"

NICE JAPAN will share the experience of promoting "intergenerational learning" in Japan, and how to continue to deepen the local development of young people during the epidemic. This session also invited Lin Yi-ying (林依瑩), the former deputy mayor of Taichung city and the current chairman of the "Plahan Symbiosis Care Labor Cooperative" for the discussion and exchange.

• Second session. September 9. "Inspire"

Sri Lanka’s “Inspire” will share about the education services and the training of women in rural areas.

• The third session. September 16. "Better World"

South Korea’s "Better World" turns the epidemic into an opportunity and uses the internet to connect young people for discussion and training. This session also invited Taiwan’s social innovation network "Impact Hub Taipei" to discuss how to cultivate the youth to develop diverse roles and expand its social influence.

• The 4^th September 23. "VSA"

Thailand’s “VSA”, an organization that focuses on environmental awareness, will share with various countries marine conservation survey plans and online virtual work camps through the internet.

• The fifth session. September 30. "CYA"

Cambodian "CYA" will share how to become a needs assessor and volunteer projects leader in organizations and communities.

The Youth Department Administration hopes to lead Taiwan’s youth to cross time and space constraints during the epidemic, by communicating online with youth organizations in different countries in the Asia-Pacific region. There are discussions on how to create opportunities during the epidemic, and to create more diversified public welfare service models, so that young people will be able to plan service projects and resource integration skills without going out of the country.
