Two official promotional videos for the 2023 "Spend a Night @ Taiwan's Presidential Office Building" event, which is being organized by The General Association of Chinese Culture (GACC), were just made public. Jason Wang (王凱傑), who traveled to Taiwan and invited by Lin Chia-lung, Secretary-general to the President to take part in the event, produced a unique welcome dish with Taiwanese features for the occasion in addition to being this year's first experiencer to spend one night at the Office of the President.

A well-known Chinese chef and musician in the US is Jason Wang (王凱傑). He competed in the eighth season of the American reality culinary competition show "MasterChef" and came in second place. He is now the host of "Jason's Table" on TaiwanPlus.
Jason Wang (王凱傑) expressed his happiness at seeing Taiwan's independence and warmth in the video. The Office of the President seemed extremely serious to him at first, yet the reality was entirely opposite. The Office of the President is awash with a variety of hues, artwork, and textiles. It has a bright, open feel. This, in his opinion, is also a great representation of Taiwan.

After spending one night at the Presidential Office Building, Jason Wang was inspired to create a dish that included pineapple cake, white pepper toffee dark chocolate, and passion fruit biscuits. For the "Spend a Night @ Taiwan's Presidential Office Building" event, this dish will also be served as the welcome dessert.
