Vietnamese New immigrant Wen Tsai-yan opening a new chapter in life

Vietnamese New immigrant Wen Tsai-yan opened a new bakery called “Creative Bakery” on March 12. The NIA Changhua County Service Center attended the bakery to congratulate the opening.

Wen participated in a 2020 Changhua New Immigrant Exotic Cuisine Competition, and won first place with her 3D artistic jelly.

Vietnamese New immigrant is currently studying in National Open University. She has obtained a level C pastry and Chinese noodle license in 2018 and 2019.

The Changhua County Service Station also helps Wen apply for the "New residents and their children's training and awards Encouragement Scholarship Program."     

The Changhua County Service Station says, from February 22 to March 31, 2021, they will provide applications for the " New residents and their children's training and awards Encouragement Scholarship Program."

According to the different levels of the license obtained within three years, people can receive different incentive money (level C: 5,000 NTD, level B: 15,000 NTD, and level A: 30,000 NTD).
