The founders of "Ukrainians living in Taiwan" Olga Kulish and "Taiwan Stands with Ukraine" Alex Khomenko worked together to organize a Ukrainian charity market at the end of October. All of the money raised from the charity auction went toward providing humanitarian aid and medical supplies to Ukraine.

According to Lin Yue that he and his Ukrainian spouse Olga Kulish established the organization "Ukrainians living in Taiwan" in Kaohsiung to gather supplies from various backgrounds since the start of the Russo-Ukrainian war. Alex Khomenko, a fellow Ukrainian who lives in the north, also came to Kaohsiung to cooperate with them this time for the charity market.
