To enhance the singing atmosphere and national music literacy, the "National Community Choir Competition," guided by the Ministry of Culture and organized by the National Changhua Living Arts Center, will be held from November 16 to 17 at the Experimental Theater of the National Changhua Living Arts Center. The competition is divided into four categories: male voices, female voices, mixed voices, and senior voices, with a total prize of up to 1 million TWD. Choirs from municipalities, county (city) governments, or choirs affiliated with various industries across Taiwan are welcome to register and participate.

Since 2013, the National Changhua Living Arts Center has hosted this competition, attracting numerous excellent choirs and becoming an important national platform for choral exchange. The competition offers Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Excellence Awards, with prizes of 100,000 TWD, 50,000 TWD, 30,000 TWD, and 10,000 TWD respectively, along with medals and certificates. Additionally, there are awards for outstanding conductors and accompanists.

The registration deadline is August 31. Participating teams can fill out the online form (https://forms.gle/8fwu32daEpTPFi24A) or mail in a paper registration form. Choirs nationwide are encouraged to seize the opportunity to join this musical feast and experience the limitless charm of music and voices.
