The main beneficiaries of Ixwcca are immigrants and underprivileged families. This year, some teachers and students were affected by the pandemic outbreak as classes were suspended. Besides, some parents needed to serve quarantine or self-management of health. Therefore, Ixwcca donated rice grains to disadvantaged families.

Pan Jin Xiu (潘錦秀), an immigrant from Vietnam, mentioned that after getting married in Taiwan, she received long-term care from Ixwcca and even free insurance during the pandemic period. She could sense the friendliness and thoughtfulness of the Taiwanese.

Under the one-year insurance, the confirmed cases can receive up to NT$300,000. Within that, NT$70,000 will be borne by Ixwcca itself. Jian Yu Ping (簡玉屏), the Director of Yilan County Service Center, recognized Ixwcca’s good deeds in helping immigrants get insured.
