National Immigration Agency of the Ministry of the Interior has started a new program called "FTVwearefamily" (我們一家人 臺灣新住力) in an effort to document the challenges faced by new immigrants in Taiwan as well as the diversity of other nations. In this episode of作育英才的創意人生, three outstanding new immigrant professionals are invited to share their lives and contributions to Taiwan.
Zhang Xiao-xiong (張曉雄), a professor at Taipei National University of the Arts' Dance Department who was born in Cambodia, has been through wars, sicknesses, pleasures, and tragedies. For the last 27 years, he has been a professor. He has taught throughout his life and helped to advance dance education in Taiwan.

The food crisis is a reality due to the growing population and environmental issues. The subject of edible insects has gained popularity nowadays. An American professor Matan Shelomi (薛馬坦) started a class called "Practical Entomology" at National Taiwan University's Department of Entomology. The engaging and innovative courses have inspired both instructors and students to study more.
Additionally, Matan Shelomi loves hie employment as a teacher in Taiwan and the pleasant surroundings. In order to explore Taiwanese culture, he also advises his overseas friends to relocate there.

In 2003, the Department of Cultural Heritage Conservation at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology welcomed Gordon Howard Turner Walker from the UK to serve as a visiting professor. Turner Walker made contributions to Taiwan's education in archaeology and cultural relic preservation throughout his time as a professor by developing a large number of specialists in the field of cultural relic restoration. Add a quick boost of energy. He still made the decision to stay in Taiwan after he retired, and he is currently working at the National Museum Of Natural Science to solve the riddles of Taiwan's past.
