National Immigration Agency Invites New Immigrants to The Aerobics to Boost the Health and Relax

In order to encourage new immigrants to participate in sports, and boost health and relieve the stress during the epidemic, National Immigration Agency (Penghu County Service Center) recently held the 2022 "Aerobics and Domestic Education Course and Promotion of the Act of Resident and Permanent Residents of Aliens." at the Xiwei Activity Center in Magong City.

Huang Chun-Mei, the chairman of Penghu New Residents Dance Promotion Association, and the leader of Daning Charm Troupe was invited to the event as the lecturer. She has 7 years of experience in dance teaching and has served as an aerobics teacher in gyms and community colleges. She has participated in many national dance competitions and belly dance competitions and has won many dance awards.

Huang Chun-Mei led everyone to dance with the rhythm of the music and feel the sweating; she said that the music used in aerobics tends to be joyful, which makes people eager to jump. Aerobics consumes fat and releases the pressure of life, improves sleep quality and other benefits.

Penghu County First Service Center collaborates with Specialized Operation Corps to promote the act of resident and permanent residents of aliens, as well as the illegal remittance, new regulations on e-bike riding and anti-bribery propaganda. The Service Center also appeals whether the lost migrant workers or a foreign population who has overstayed in Taiwan, to go to the designated vaccination station or medical institution as soon as possible to get free vaccinations to improve immunity. Investigators from the Women and Children Team of the Penghu County Government Police Department were also invited to promote the Stalking and Harassment Prevention Act and criminal responsibilities related.

According to Director of Penghu Chiu Guo-Zhi County Service Center, Chiu Guo-Zhi, electric bicycles must be qualified for registration and compulsory insurance before go on the road. Failure to obtain a license in accordance with the regulations will result in a fine ranging from NT$1,200 to NT$3,600. Modifying a qualified electric bicycle without authorization, will be fined NT$1,800 to NT$5,400. In addition, according to the Banking Law that it is not allowed to operate remittance business at non-banks. If there is a need for remittance, it should be conducted through a legal foreign exchange bank or a qualified foreign exchange agency for the salary of migrant workers.
