On November 23, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced seven new confirmed imported cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Taiwan. Regarding the seven new imported cases, they are four men and three women, aged between 10 to 79 years old. They arrived in Taiwan from Indonesia (two cases), Cambodia, Germany, the US, Vietnam, and China. They arrived between November 8 and November 21.

The CECC reported that a total of 4,344,910 cases related to COVID-19 have been reported in Taiwan among which COVID-19 has been ruled out in 4,327,506. Of these reported cases, infection with COVID-19 was laboratory-confirmed in 16,539 cases. Of the 16,539 confirmed cases, 1,895 are imported; 14,590 are domestic; 36 are naval crew members aboard the Panshi fast combat support ship; 3 are infections on an aircraft; 1 case has unknown sources of infection; 14 cases' sources of infection are being investigated, and a cumulative total of 111 cases have been removed from the list of confirmed cases. There have been a cumulative total of 848 COVID-19 deaths since 2020; of the 848 deaths, 836 are from domestic cases and the other 12 are from imported cases.
