 Frontline emergency responders are exposed to the dangers of the new variants of the COVID-19 virus. A Taiwanese doctor has invented a lightweight “protective shield" that is convenient to use and can effectively block droplets of patients with infectious respiratory diseases, including confirmed cases, and better protect the frontline medical staff or fire emergency personnel who bring the patients to the hospital.

After continuous trials and improvements by medical staff and firefighters, this " Anti-Covid19 protective shield " was created. It can be used on stretchers or on ambulance beds. It is also made of recycled materials, which is environmentally friendly. It is very suitable for emergency rescue purposes while on the way to the hospital. It has a space to connect to respiratory equipment, which can be ready in less than a minute, allowing medical personnel to use this "protective shield" while performing the necessary first aid.

Taiwanese doctors designed this "protective shield" to allow frontline medical personnel to feel safer, to reduce the risk of infection, and to protect the health and safety of more people. Currently, in Mongolia, patients with mild symptoms are treated at home. But once their condition gets worse or if they do not know that they are infected and develops severe symptoms and must be sent to the hospital for emergency treatment, Taiwan’s " Anti-Covid19 protective shield" can come in handy. At present, the representative office is introducing the “Anti-Covid-19 protective shield” to Mongolia, hoping to benefit more frontline medical workers Mongolia.
