Since Tunghai University has recently placed a high value on AI technology, the institution also believes that the FLLD freshmen can develop into cross-field AI foreign language talents to satisfy industry demands. To help prospective students comprehend the direction of university studies beforehand, the FLLD will also introduce a scholarship program and offer online bridging courses.

The FLLD of Tunghai University also provides "interpretation and translation credit courses" for students who want to advance their professional skills in interpretation and translation, as well as linguistics, English teaching, and Chinese teaching courses to aid in the learning of foreign languages in general.
