Adjustments to epidemic prevention measures in Metro Taipei are as follows.

  1. Inside the station & trains

Mask-wearing is still required when entering stations. However, people would be allowed to eat or drink in the designated areas as long as they maintain social distancing from each other. However, those who do not follow the regulations will be fined up to NT$15,000 and banned from the metro.

  1. Taipei Children's Amusement Park

A "crowd control lights" is set up on the website for the park-goers’ reference. When entering the park, visitors should follow the epidemic prevention system and temperature screening and must wear a mask throughout the journey. However, they are allowed to temporarily take off the mask when eating or taking pictures.

  1. Taipei Arena Ice Land & Taipei Metro Beitou Resort

The capacity limits have been lifted for both venues, and Taipei Metro Beitou Resort adopts an appointment system to control the number of visitors. People must wear masks (including when they stay in the stands or stop exercising), and they can only take off the masks temporarily during the exercise.

  1. Dance Zone

The dancing area should be divided into different zones to maintain social distancing from strangers. Besides, visitors must follow the contact tracing QR code scanning. Mask mandate is required in this area except during the exercises.

  1. Water cooler & Charging spots

Each set of charging tables can only be used by one person. If there are multiple sets of charging tables, they will be opened at intervals. Passengers are requested to abide by relevant epidemic prevention measures and wear masks. In addition, the water cooler will be open for use in line with the Taipei Water Department’s announcement.
