The school plans to hire 60 to 70 international English teachers, and it will also encourage students to use video conferencing to engage with schools in the United States, Japan, South Korea, and India for cultural exchanges.

There are currently 12 participating schools, and they have partnered up for international exchange programs with Singapore, Japan, the United States, and other nations. The Pingtung County Government will in the future pair up different institutions and universities to conduct international exchange activities and apply for foreign study partners. Looking forward to allowing each school in Pingtung County to have a sister international school, which grants students the chance to make friends from different nations. Having real-world international contacts will not only make learning a foreign language more enjoyable for both teachers and students but will also help kinds in Pingtung County develop into confident, worldly adults with a global outlook.
