With the consumption invoice or receipt, customers who spend at least 200 NTD in a single transaction at a Taipei retailer can access the official website until May 31 to receive a set of lottery numbers. The prizes include big red envelopes with a five million NTD value, high-end automobiles, jewelry, etc.

There are several distinctive picturesque areas and shops in Taipei City, according to the deputy mayor of Taipei. Taipei City specifically introduced the lottery event (2023 Let's購台北 消費歡樂抽) in accordance with the policy of NT$6,000 Universal Cash for All. Major department stores work together to offer prizes. The general public can sign up to take part in the lucky draw as long as they spend 200 NTD in a single transaction at the retailer.

Additionally, a unique bonus lottery is planned for Taipei City residents, and numerous prizes like different home appliances and gift voucher will be given, in an effort to encourage them to actively engage in the lottery.
