The final of 2022 New Immigrants International Beauty Pageant hosted by Taiwan Global Women's Industry Promotion Association was held on December 17th. The theme of the year was “Ethnic Integration Promotion and Boost Taiwanese Economy”. 37 pageants in two groups; “Youthful Vitality” and “Elegance and Intellectual Age”, competed for the first place. In the end, Su, Chi won the first place in the “Youthful Vitality” group, and Ruan, Mei-xing won the championship in the “Elegance and Intellectual Age” group.
"Youthful Vitality" and "Elegance and Intellectual Age" were the groups for the competition. In the group of "Youthful Vitality," Su, Chi, Song, Kai, and Chen, Yu-Ching came first, second, and third, respectively. Ren, Mei-Xing, Chiang, Hong-Mei, and Yin, Wen-Chi came first, second, and third, respectively in the group of "Elegance and Intellectual Age,". The organizer claims that the event's goal is to bring together people from different nations in a relaxed, joyful, and barrier-free way in order to advance the cultural integration and innovation.
According to Tu Ming-Hui, chairman of the Taiwan Global Women's Industry Promotion Association, the promotion association will implement a variety of long-term activities, such as praising model families, encouraging new immigrant children to succeed, promoting qipao culture, and honoring parents through activities. The beauty pageant primarily helps new immigrants flourish financially and promotes Taiwan internationally.
