- Taiwan eases borders, allowing foreign spouses and children to enter
As the epidemic in Taiwan is improving, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that foreign spouses and their children can now enter Taiwan. This includes those coming from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. Foreign spouses may apply for entry through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). - Here is how new immigrants can receive the Quintuple or 5 times Stimulus vouchers
The Executive Yuan issued the “Quintuple Stimulus Voucher” for digital binding on September 22 and the public can begin using them on October 8. - MOE announces School Epidemic Prevention Guidelines
The Ministry of Education (MOE) reminds educational institutions to enhance epidemic prevention measures on campus for the safety of all students, faculty, and staff. Those experiencing any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus are required to stay home and rest. Seek medical attention if necessary and it is advised to avoid riding public transportation. - Student vaccination requires parental consent
Students and teenagers are prioritized in receiving the BNT vaccine jab. Parents are required to read, understand, and sign consent forms before their children can be vaccinated.
