Tainan Municipal Fu Hsing Primary School, located in the East District of Tainan City, takes astronomy as its school-based curriculum, promotes the multiculturalism of new immigrants for a long time, and implements bilingual education. The recent Christmas activities include the cultural experience of new immigrants in Southeast Asia, Christmas English, horoscopes, stargazing, and the changing of moon phase, which are entertaining and educational.

Chen, Mou-Sheng, the principal of Tainan Municipal Fu Hsing Primary School, dressed up as Santa Claus to went through the challenge game with students.

According to student Chen, Yuan-Xi, that she has learned about different ways of life in different countries through the theme challenge game of new immigrants. Li, Chen-Kuan stated that the from the theme challenge game of changing of moon phase, which is the content learned in science class, and also come in handy.
