[Taiwan Immigrants’ Global News Network] The Kaohsiung City New Immigrant Hall (高雄市新住民會館) organized an exhibition (時光紀視 母國記憶) to introduce the public to the capital cities and picturesque locales throughout the world while also educating them about the new immigrants in their neighborhood and their home nations. The axis supports the passing down of the culture of the new immigrants' home country while also presenting a contrast between the present and the past that enables everyone to comprehend and accept the distinctions between other countries.

In addition to displaying classic photos of various countries, there is a lot of information about these countries in the exhibition area(不知道的視), such as the Which island country is number one in the world? Which country has a tall tower made of gold? This interesting knowledge allow visitors to understand the world from different perspectives.

In the exhibition area, a section (母國記憶) is planned, so that the new immigrants can write their nostalgia into a short story about their hometown. After a new immigrants visited the exhibition and shared that she also shared her experience on the social networking site of the event. Looking at the exhibition gave her a dream, she wanted to take her children to explore the places in the exhibition and take photos to share with everyone. She is not sure how long it will take for this dream to come true, but she will work hard to realize this dream, which moved the librarians very much.
